System description
Dimensionality: D
Sample type: film

Starting materials: DMF , 33 mg ml−1 MACl ,33 mg mL−1 MAPbBr3 , 889 mg mL−1 FAPbI3,

Product: FAPbI3

Description: The FAPbI3 halide perovskites was synthesized via antisolvent quenching method. Specifically, 889 mg mL−1 FAPbI3, 33 mg mL−1 MAPbBr3, and 33 mg ml−1 MACl were dissolved in a mixed polar aprotic solvent between dimethylformamide (DMF) and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) solvent. Diethyl ether (0.2 mL) was then added to the mixture followed by annealing at 150°C for 10 min.

Method: Photoluminescence Intensity

Description: PL spectra of the perovskite film, FAPbI3, with treatment of IPA in relation to time (seconds).

Level of theory: DFT

Exchange-correlation functional: Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof

K-point grid: 4x4x1

Basis set definition: JTH PAW

Extraction method: Engauge Digitizer
