Starting materials: CsI, PbI2, DMAI

Product: thin film of CsIPbI3:xDMAI

Description: CsI, PbI2, xDMAI (Dimethylammonium Iodide) were dissolved at a 1:1:x molar ratio (with x = 0.5, 0.7, 1.0 and 1.5) in DMF to prepare the CsPbI3:xDMAI-precursor. The active layer was spin-coated onto a 70°C warm c-TiO2/FTO substrate at 3000 rpm for 30s. Annealing was done at 150°C for 2 minutes for x = 0.5 and for 10 minutes for x = 0.7, as well as at 210°C for 5 minutes for x = 1.0 and 1.5. Experiments were done in a dry box with 5-10% RH.
